Privacy Policy

IntelResell is a privacy-first SaaS platform. This policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Data We Collect

When you sign up for an account, we collect information such as your email address. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to deliver the IntelResell platform features, including product research tools, profitability analysis, and seller-specific listing restriction information. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. We use industry-standard security practices including Supabase for secure data storage and Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing.

4. Amazon Seller Authorization and Amazon Information

IntelResell is designed to allow Amazon sellers to authorize IntelResell to access their seller-specific information through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) authorization process. This authorization is subject to the required Amazon SP-API access being in place.

When a seller authorizes IntelResell:

  • The authorization is obtained through Amazon's official OAuth-based seller authorization process.
  • IntelResell uses the authorization solely to retrieve listing restriction information for the specific ASIN, marketplace, and condition requested by the authorizing seller.
  • Authorization credentials (such as refresh tokens) are stored encrypted and are associated only with the specific IntelResell user account that initiated the authorization.
  • Amazon Information retrieved through this authorization is used exclusively to provide the requested service to the authorizing seller. It is not sold, shared with unrelated third parties, or used for any purpose other than delivering the requested feature to that seller.
  • Sellers may disconnect their Amazon authorization at any time from their account settings, which will result in deletion of the associated authorization data.
  • IntelResell does not access external or unauthorized third-party sources to obtain Amazon listing restriction information.

IntelResell does not use Amazon SP-API access to create or modify product listings. The scope of the requested Amazon authorization is limited to retrieving listing restriction information for ASINs identified by the authorizing seller.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at IntelResellSupport@gmail.com or by using the account deletion option in your account settings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Account deletion includes removal of any associated Amazon seller authorization data.
