These Terms of Service govern your use of the IntelResell platform. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

IntelResell provides Amazon seller product research, marketplace analysis, profitability insights, and sourcing decision support, including seller-authorized listing restriction checks for a specific ASIN, marketplace, and product condition through the Amazon Listings Restrictions API and its getListingsRestrictions operation, subject to the required Amazon SP-API authorization being in place. The listing restriction information is used to help the authorizing seller understand whether Amazon indicates that the seller can sell the requested ASIN. IntelResell does not independently grant approval or determine Amazon's authorization decisions. IntelResell does not use this integration to create or modify product listings. We do not guarantee specific profit outcomes from using our platform.

2. Subscription & Billing

Access to IntelResell is provided on a subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IntelResell for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or reverse engineer our platform, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

IntelResell provides data-driven insights to assist your sourcing decisions. We are not responsible for individual purchasing decisions or marketplace outcomes. Always conduct your own due diligence before making inventory investments.

5. Governing Law
